Chances are you don't know me, I am just some stranger who will help you with your real estate needs. Perhaps you are one of those lucky ones and come to me by the way of a referral from a friend and past client. In any case, to help reassure you about my abilities and give you the level of confidence necessary to move foward and feel comfortable working together, I thought I would give you a little background information.

I began my professional Real Estate career in 1997. My first year in business I was awarded 'Rookie of the Year' and have consistantly been recognized as a top producer every year since. Perhaps you've heard of the 80/20 Rule, 80% of the homes are sold by 20% of the realtors. I am very proud to be included in this elite group.

I share these facts with you to let you know that I am a full time professional realtor and I will give you the full attention that you need and deserve. It is the value added knowledge and expertise that I offer to ensure you the best possible real estate experience, both financially and emotionally.

I say my professional career because my personal real estate career began at the ripe old age of 23, with the purchase of our first home. Since then my husband and I have bought and sold, built homes and invested in and managed rental properties.

Prior to real estate my professional career involved running several small businesses and managing a branch office of a local savings bank. The interpersonal and industry related skills I developed have served me well in my real estate career.

I am by nature a 'people person' and my understanding and knowledge of the mortgage and finance industry ensures that I can direct my clients to finding the best financing options for their personal needs.

I sincerly hope this small glimpse into who and what I am will make you feel comfortable in my ability to work with you in achieving your goals. I believe some of the most important parts in achieving those goals are good communication and team work.
